This race will have no bearing on any athlete rankings for the Ontario Junior Ski Team or Ontario Ski Team ranking lists. As a result, the level of services and officiating will not necessarily be the same as an Ontario Cup.

Dryland Testing Camp
The purposes of this camp are to set benchmarks for training progress, and to establish technique cues in weight-lifting and roller-skiing.

2pm: Meet at Nipissing University Athletics Building- 100 College Drive.

- 3.1km uphill running test (varsity)
- 1.2km uphill running test (U16 juniors)
