How to feel adaptation and make your own progress a reality.
In summary: We want you to progress from where you are right now, trusting a process that includes strength for better endurance, health, and speed.

What to bring:
Your own lunch, snacks, water, etc.
A yoga mat
foam roller (if you have)
Ski walking poles
Create a worksheet for recording all you do, you can use at home, at the school gym, etc.
