Coupe Skinouk Rollerski presented by Euro-Sports will be held on September 17. The information regarding the event and the registration is now available at https://zone4.ca/event/2022/coupe_skinouk_sr_2022/.  Hurry because the registration deadline is September 15 and only the first 175 registered will be admitted.

Don’t forget to renew your annual Nordiq Canada race licenses for the 2022-2023 season, you will need them to register or you will have to pay for day licenses.

Please also note that as of July 1, 2022, Canadian competition rules require that pole tips in roller ski races must have safety rigid plastic protections with diameter of 30 mm or greater. These protections must be placed maximum 45 mm above the metallic tips. However, as these items are not yet available on the Canadian market, the rule will not be enforced in accordance with Section 396.2.1.

Registration is now open for the next XCSO Para-Nordic dryland training camp.

Itinerary includes roller ski sessions, yoga and strength sessions, team building and goalsetting sessions and evening campfires.

Fee options available for partial attendance. Full weekend fee includes 2 nights accommodations, all meals and all activities.

Pre-requisites: NCCP Trained Comp Int status (completed ICC, (CC) and L2T workshops).
