Notice of National Capital District (NCD) AGM and Path Forward

Date: Wednesday April 30, 2025
Time: 19:00 ET
Location: Virtual on Zoom

Dear NCD Club Representatives,

As you may know the NCD as an entity has not been functioning since 2022. The NCD itself as a region with many clubs in Ontario has continued maintaining a voice within XCSO and regional events delivery through specific clubs and club representatives on XCSO Committees.

We must finalize a path forward for the NCD. A small group from the NCD has proposed a path forward which will ensure that the voice of the NCD continues to exist within XCSO and NCD Clubs will be able to access the funds that are currently held within the NCD bank account, without the need for a specific not for profit entity and associated governance structure and required volunteer commitments.
