Friday, December 15 – 1.3 km Sprint Free Technique
Saturday, December 16 – 5 km Interval Start Free Technique
Sunday, December 17 – 10 km Interval Start Classic Technique
OCUP/QCUP Categories:
Friday, December 15 – U18/U16 2.5 km Interval Start Free Technique
Saturday, December 16 – U18/U16/U14/PN Stand 1 km & PN Sit 800m; Sprint Free Technique (U14 only do the qualifier unless they advance in the U16 category)
Sunday, December 17 – U18 10 km; U16 7.5 km; U14 5 km; PN Sit 5 km; PN Stand 7.5 km Classic Technique Interval Start

World Snow Day:
Sunday, January 21, 2023 is the official World Snow Day date.
World Snow Day is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the joys of winter and snow-related activities at your club. It’s an event that encourages people to get outside and enjoy the winter season. XCSO will provide guidelines.
In the meantime we encourage you to consider hosting a World Snow Day Celebration at your club or in your community by registering this event with FIS, and putting the date on your club calendar. It would be great to see some more red diamonds on the FIS map!

Race Formats:
Saturday: Free Technique Qualifier and District Relay
Sunday: Interval Start Classic
This event is open to selected athletes and will include Para Nordic Categories. YOB 2008-2009-2010. Selection races will be in each district. Dates will be announced shortly.
