Staff Update: Farewell and Thank You to Alex Roger

Cross Country Ski Ontario would like to share that Alex Roger, XCSO’s Excellence Manager, will be leaving the organization to take on a new role within the Athletics Department at Brock University.

We extend our sincere thanks to Alex for his energy, enthusiasm, and dedication over the past year. During his time with XCSO, Alex played a key role in advancing several important initiatives, including the launch of the new Ontario Field Testing Program and the successful delivery of Team Ontario Excellence Camps. His contributions have helped strengthen our athlete development pathway and support coaches and clubs across the province.

While we are sorry to see Alex go, we want to assure our community that all programs under the Excellence pillar will continue without disruption. XCSO remains committed to providing high-quality, athlete-centered programming, and we have systems in place to ensure a smooth transition and program stability.
