UPDATED OWG Mandatory Glide Wax Protocol
A series of events has led to some ambiguity and potential confusion around the Common Glide Wax Protocol for OWG. HERE
There will be a mandatory protocol in place that will see that everyone is glide waxing with the same product for BOTH the Skate races and the Interval Classic race. This protocol is attached and I encourage you to spread this amongst your district support staff so that we are not leaving anyone behind.
Please review this protocol carefully as it addresses many of the questions that have been raised. To be specific, I have outlined what will be provided and what will not be provided.
This initiative is aimed at providing an inclusive opportunity for all athletes and coaches by ensuring we all have the tools and support necessary for a successful race experience.
