2022-23 Nordiq Canada Coaching License
Coaches can now start signing up for their 2022-23 Nordiq Canada Coaching License
All coaches coaching for more than 7 hours/year must sign up for the 2022-23 NC Coaching License before starting to coach from July 1st 2022 to June 30th 2023 in order to continue benefiting from NC liability insurance coverage and other benefits
The NC coaching license is mandatory for all active cross country ski coaches in Canada who are coaching at least 7 hours per year with a registered cross country ski club.
NEW FOR ONTARIO
XCSO is committed to leading Safe Sport in our sport. As such, Cross Country Ski Ontario requires all Ontario coaches complete the Coaches Association of Canada’s Safe Sport (~ 90 minutes) and Understanding the Rule of Two (~ 20 minutes) e-learning modules. The free modules are available in the Locker.
XCSO will be monitoring compliance beginning September 2022 on a monthly basis.
Thank you for your efforts to make cross country skiing a safe sport for all participants.
