SOD AGM and Call for Board Nominations
We had hoped to be able to host an in-person AGM; however, it is now clearly apparent that this will not be possible in the near future. The board has decided to hold the meeting virtually.
The meeting will be held at 14:00 on Saturday, September 26, 2020.
Online link details will be provided closer to the meeting date.
If you will not have a representative attend the meeting, would you please complete the proxy and name Dwayne Barber (current chair of SOD) as your representative. This will ensure that we have quorum for the meeting.
