Sports related anxiety survey

Female survey participants between the ages of 13 to 17 years needed for “An examination of the factors influencing sports related anxiety in adolescent females”. The purpose of the study is to identify common factors amongst females influencing sports related anxiety. Laura Inkila, 4th year undergraduate student at Carleton University is currently completing her thesis project focussing on the experiences of sports related anxiety in females between the ages of 13-17  years old.  More information.

2019 ON Team Programming & Athlete Development Opportunities

The High Performance Committee of XCSO is excited to launch a new direction for competitive xc skiing in Ontario.
