Join Nipissing University for its annual rollerski race in North Bay, ON.
This years King’s Court Skate Sprint event will be capped at 40 participants. There is a middle distance race on the Sunday.

Friday, December 15 – U18/U16 2.5 km Interval Start Free Technique
Saturday, December 16 – U18/U16/U14/PN Stand 1 km & PN Sit 800m; Sprint Free Technique (U14 only do the qualifier unless they advance in the U16 category)
Sunday, December 17 – U18 10 km; U16 7.5 km; U14 5 km; PN Sit 5 km; PN Stand 7.5 km Classic Technique Interval Start

Saturday: Free Technique Qualifier and District Relay
Sunday: Interval Start Classic
This event is open to selected athletes and will include Para Nordic Categories. YOB 2008-2009-2010. Selection races will be in each district. Dates will be announced shortly.
