The Ministry of Tourism Culture and Sport (MTCS) very recently provided Cross Country Ski Ontario (and other provincial sport organizations) information and resources related to the implementation of Rowan’s Law on July 1, 2019. Rowan’s Law, the legislation and the regulation, is about concussion safety. This has implications for clubs and sports offering programs to athletes under the age of 26. Q & A from MTCS webinars.
From the MTCS website:

- Establish a removal-from-sport and return-to-sport protocol by July 1, 2020
- Establish a concussion code of conduct that sets out rules of behaviour to support concussion prevention by July 1, 2019
